- Running since 1995, Kusam Klimb Trail Race (PR 5:22 in 2009), Marathon (PR 4:23 at Royal Victoria Marathon), 7 Half Marathons (PR 1:48), countless 10Ks (PR 48:15), 8K and 5K races both on the road and trail. I've participated in the Island Road Relay on Vancouver Island (1996 & 1998), Haney to Harrison 100K Road Relay (1995 - 2004) and raced each of the 8 stages, the Thetis Lake 20K Relay and the Great Lake Walk at Cowichan Lake in 2007.
